Job Market Finland is still evolving
We released the first production version of Job Market Finland in early May 2022, and the development of the service continues. In our development process, we pay special attention to user feedback.
One of the most popular sections of Job Market Finland is finding and browsing open jobs. The option to browse jobs by occupational field has been keenly requested in job browsing, and the functionality of free text search has also raised questions. We plan to respond to these wishes and develop job browsing in the coming months.

In addition to this, not all jobs are currently moving between Job Market Finland and the TE services systems, but we are currently solving this technical problem. The job alert service known from the TE Services' Vacancies service, is also under development for Job Market Finland. You can still browse jobs and subscribe to the job alert service in the TE Services Vacancies online service.

We will also develop the search function of Job Market Finland so that the services and informational content are particularly emphasized in the search results. Job Market Finland utilizes the service descriptions of the Suomi.fi service data repository, which you can find in connection with our content.
The purpose of Job Market Finland is to compile informational content and services related to working life. We are constantly developing both types of content, and we appreciate any feedback you may have on them. One of the principles of Job Market Finland is to direct users to more detailed information if necessary and not just rewrite content produced on, for example, the online services of other authorities.
Registration as a job seeker still takes place in the E-services of TE services. During the current and future years, the functions related to handling official matters will be even more clearly integrated into Job Market Finland.
