From the personal customer's general counseling service, you can get help with topics related to employment, handling matters with TE Services, the use of online services, and, if necessary, get follow-up guidance on other services suitable for you.

Education and training guidance

Nationwide guidance on matters related to studies and studying is available from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 4.15 pm.

Information and guidance about unemployment security

Unemployment security advice is a national advisory telephone maintained by the TE Services that provides information and answers to questions related to unemployment security.

Career counselling

Career Counselling is a service that offers you personal, free-of-charge and confidential psychologist's services during different changes in your career. Career Counselling is available at TE Offices, local government pilots on employment, and the national service by phone or video.
