The telephone service is open from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 3 pm. The price of the phone call depends on your operator contract (cell phone or local network charge). The queue time is also subject to a charge.
Callback requests
The service is available only as a callback service. An advisor will call you back from a number starting with 0295 once during the same day. You can leave a callback request between 9 AM and 3 PM. Please note that if you have blocked your number from being displayed to the call recipient, you cannot leave a callback request. When we call you back, the call is free of charge.
Chat service
The experts serve you in the chat within the E-services from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 3 pm. Currently is the chat service available only in Finnish.
Remember that the E-services are available 24/7
You can take care of most of your affairs without queuing in the E-service. As a personal customer, you can, among other things, register as a job seeker, change your contact information, provide a clarification, or report a change in your job search situation.
Guidance is available in several languages
The Customer Service Centre serves you in different languages. You can easily find Swedish and Finnish language services when you change the language of the website. The telephone service is also available in Russian.
