Service disturbance notices and instructions
The chat and online services of the national advisory services may be temporarily disrupted due to the unavailability of data connections.
If you have been unable to process your case due to a service disruption in the E-services, please contact us again later. We consider the day you tried to call our advisory services or use the online services as your date of service use. Cases that have not been dealt with due to a disruption can be rectified afterwards.
Please note that, if the advisory services are closed, you can submit a contact request via Job Market Finland’s E-services. Similarly, in the event of a problem with E-services, you can contact our advisory services.
If you request a call-back, we will call you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, in case of disruption, we cannot guarantee to call you back on the same day.
Service disturbance notices
The employment services' information systems will be updated, due to which both the 'E-services' section at Job Market Finland and the E-services of TE-services for companies and employers will be out of service. The outage will begin on Monday, December 30, 2024 at 8 am and end on Thursday, January 2, 2025 at 8 am.
If you are unable to handle your case due to an error, leave a contact request in the E-services. Explain what you were trying to do and your responsible specialist will contact you. If activating your job search is not possible due to an error situation in the E-services, please contact the TE Office or local government pilot. If you need a certificate for the activation of your job search, leave a contact request in the E-services.
There will be an outage in the E-services of TE Services from Thursday, October 10 at 4.30 pm to Tuesday, October 15 at 8 am. During the outage, personal customer and employer E-services will be unavailable and there may be service breaks at Job Market Finland. Logging in to Job Market Finland is also not available during the outage and there may be gaps in the information content and the functionality of the links.
The telephone and chat services of TE offices' personal customers and business and employer services are closed due to a change in the information system. The Enterprise Finland Telephone Service and Yrittäjän talousapu councelling service will offer their services as normal both by phone and chat.
