Log in and handle official matters in the E-services at Job Market Finland

The 'E-services' section is the electronic transaction channel of employment services at Job Market Finland. Using the E-services, you can register as a job seeker, which is a prerequisite for applying for an unemployment benefit. In addition, you can report the progress of your employment plan and changes in your job search. Through the 'E-services' section, you can also apply for labour market training and apply for a start-up grand to start a business.

By using the E-services at Job Market Finland you can

  • register as a job seeker and apply for an unemployment benefit,
  • monitor the status of your job search,
  • agree upon an employment plan and notify officials of its implementation,
  • notify officials of changes in your job search,
  • apply for labour market training, and
  • apply for a start-up grant.

Notice

Official mail primarily digital starting on 14 April

Official mail is becoming primarily digital. As of 14 April 2026, when you identify yourself in Job Market Finland or another authority’s electronic service for the first time, you will be directed to activate Suomi.fi Messages. From then on, that is where you will receive mail from several public authorities. Suomi.fi Messages will replace official paper mail.
