You can get advice and support for using the Job Market Finland online service through various channels, both as a private customer and as an employer or entrepreneur customer.

You cannot use the feedback form at Job Market Finland to deal with the employment official, to manage your personal matters, or to influence their handling, as the feedback is not linked to any of your customer information. You can only leave development suggestions or feedback on the functions of the Job Market Finland online service.
