The telephone service is open from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 3 pm. The price of the phone call depends on your operator contract (cell phone or local network charge). The queue time is also subject to a charge.

The service is a low-threshold helpline offering free financial counselling, to prevent unnecessary bankruptcy. Based on the information given by the caller, an expert assesses the actual financial situation of the company or entrepreneur, offers independent advice and instructions on how to proceed and advises on which other services that should be contacted.

The service also offers private entrepreneurs advice and preliminary assessments of profitability in relation to debt adjustment, and, if the conditions are satisfied, guides the entrepreneur forward in the debt adjustment process.

The service offers advice and guidance to businesses considering company reorganisation or winding up the enterprise.
