Job Market Finland's services will be updated, which will cause a service interruption in the e-services for personal customers, and employers and entrepreneurs. The interruption will begin on Friday, May 23, at 12 pm and end on Monday, May 26, at 8 am.

There will be a service interruption in Job Market Finland’s e-services for personal customers and businesses and employers, as well as in the E-services of TE Services for companies and employers, from Friday, May 23 at 12 pm until Monday, May 26 at 8 am.
Due to the update, it will not be possible to log in to Job Market Finland between Friday at 12 pm to Monday at 8 am. During this time, it will not be possible, for example, to edit or publish a job applicant profile in the "My job path" section or to edit or publish job postings.
After the update, e-services for employers and entrepreneurs will be available in the renewed “Business E-services” section of Job Market Finland.
The service interruption does not affect the Regional administration's e-service for employment and economic development services, which will continue to operate normally.
Phone and chat services for personal customers including Job Market Finland’s E-services advice and Information and guidance about unemployment security, will be closed from Friday, May 23, at 12 pm due to the update.
Guidance services for employers and entrepreneurs including Enterprise Finland Advisory Service, Yrittäjän talousapu counselling service and Work in Finland International Recruitment Advice Service for Employers, will be open as usual on Friday, May 23.
If you are unable to handle your matters due to the service interruption, please contact your local employment authority as soon as the service is restored. Issues left unresolved due to the interruption may be corrected afterward. Please be prepared for possible congestion in both phone and online services after the interruption. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the service interruption.
