E-services to be renewed – TE Services will have an outage from October 10, 2024 at 4:30 pm to October 14, 2024 at 8:00 am
The information systems of TE Services are being updated, which means that the E-services of TE Services for both personal customers and employers will be out of use. The outage starts on Thursday, October 10, 2024 at 4:30 pm and ends on Monday, October 14, 2024 at 8:00 am.
After the update, personal customer E-services can be found at Job Market Finland via the 'E-services' button. The current E-services of TE Services will be deactivated.
The telephone and chat services of TE offices' personal customers and business and employer services are closed due to a change in the information system. The Enterprise Finland Telephone Service and Yrittäjän talousapu councelling service will offer their services as normal both by phone and chat.
If you have not been able to get your matter taken care of due to the outage, please contact customer service immediately after the outage. Matters left unhandled due to a service interruption can possibly be fixed afterwards. However, please also be prepared for the fact that after an outage, there may be delays in both telephone and online services due to more customer reaching out than usual.
Due to the update, it is also not possible to log in to Job Market Finland from 4:30 pm on Thursday until 8:00 am on Monday. During this time it is not possible, for example, to create or update a job applicant profile or job postings.
