In practice, this means that in the future you will find employees as well as a versatile array of services for the development of work and skills at Job Market Finland. These services can include support for areas such as developing the competence of your work community, well-being at work, recruitment, or HR management – whatever you need at any given time. Services can be offered by actors in the private, public, and third sectors.
