Join as a partner, offer your services to customers and make new business benefits possible

Job Market welcomes all actors that offer and develop services related to working life, entrepreneurship and competence development. The actors must share Job Market’s objectives and commit themselves to working in cooperation to develop the service.

Joining is free and means that you can place your own services on Job Market in a targeted and situation-based manner for customers and other stakeholders to find.

When you become a collaborative partner, statistical information and other data will be offered to you to help you in developing existing and new services and in finding new business opportunities.

Job Market and its objectives

Job Market will be developed into a joint platform of public and private actors where jobseekers and employers find the services they need.

The goal of Job Market is the enactment of business and industry services for the future by bringing together the right services for the right customers at the right time and through the right actor. A key goal is to encourage the meeting of the supply and demand of skills and knowledge in the job market.

Job Market will offer comprehensive services for job placement, finding work, finding workforce and developing the skills and knowledge of the workforce. The services will be offered to customers as clear packages that are relevant to their situations.

Job Market is constantly being developed with the help of customer feedback and customer analytics. Its vision and mission lay the basis for the work: the service responds flexibly to the changing needs of its customers, the labour market and legislation.

Implementation and maintenance

In autumn 2016, the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment and the KEHA Centre (Development and Administration Centre for the ELY Centres and the TE Offices) launched TE-digi, a project to upgrade employment and economic development services. The goals set for the project were smoother customer guidance to prevent prolonged unemployment and easy-to-use web services that support personal initiative among job seekers. Job Market is the part that is visible to customers in the TE-digi project.

Network of Job Market’s collaborative partners

A network of collaborative partners will be built on Job Market. This network will consist of private, public and third-sector actors that share Job Market’s objectives and commit themselves to collaboration to develop the service. What these actors have in common is the desire to make services and information contents related to working life, entrepreneurship and competence development available and easy for customers to find and use.

Collaborative partners will be offered statistical information and other data, which will help them in developing existing and new services and in finding new business opportunities.

Job Market is developed and maintained with public funds, so all parties can use it free of charge.

How and when to join

It will become possible to join the network of Job Market’s collaborative partners in autumn 2019. In the first stage, partners can bring their services to Job Market by providing links to them.

To join the network, the partner will be required to accept the terms and conditions of joining. You can already familiarise yourself more closely with the terms and conditions of joining on this page.

To be able to register your company in the network of Job Market’s collaborative partners and to operate as a part of the network you will need to have the authority to sign documents on behalf of the company. Alternatively, you will need a mandate to act on behalf of the company, given to you in the Suomi.fi e-Authorizations service. The correct mandate code for using the services is “Work in the employment and recruitment cooperation network”. The mandate in question allows the person to register the company in the network of Job Market’s collaborative partners and to leave the network. Furthermore, the mandate makes it possible to publish and edit the partner’s services on Job Market and to remove them.

Logging in to Job Market always takes place by using a personal strong identifier, such as a mobile certificate or online banking codes.
