Improving the employment and education possibilities of job-seekers with partial work capacity in Ostrobothnia

The possibilities of employment and education of job-seekers with partial work capacity are being improved with the services of the TE service pilot project Botnia Job, started in 2021. In the area of the Ostrobothnia Employment and Economic Development Office the services have reached almost 100 personal customers, in addition to this, positive results have been achieved through cooperation with the employers. The service assortment of the persons with partial work capacity has increased and the degree of utilization of services has increased along with the pilot's measures. Also the use of the pay subsidy has increased. Network cooperation has helped to strengthen the multisectoral competence, along with increasing recognition and familiarity between the actors in the network in order to improve a well-timed and appropriate service guidance.

TE service pilots are a part of the Work Ability Programme which the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment of Finland and the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health in cooperation have carried out.
