• the resourcing levels of employment services in relation to the number of unemployed persons,
• the unemployment rates among various groups of jobseekers,
• flows to unemployment of more than 3 months,
• the processing times of unemployment security statements,
• the time it takes to find employment on the open labour market and
• compliance with time limits related to statutory tasks.
