Anticipation model for international recruitment

The anticipation model for international recruitment consists of the demand section, the current supply of foreign labour and the supply of experts from the target and partner countries.

The demand section is based on compiling and combining statistical and anticipation data sources. The purpose of the section is to identify the sectors, professions, qualifications and competences in the labour market where the need for international labour is most pressing. The analysis related to the demand section is based on defining the quantitative and qualitative labour shortage areas that are genuinely identifiable and need targeted solutions. The analysis also takes into account potential industries for which workforce from abroad has not yet been actively recruited. This provides a basis for developing support services for international recruitment and practical measures, such as service guidance.

The analysis of the current supply of foreign labour assesses how industry-specific allocation of labour evolves in relation to sectors that have been identified as having a labour shortage. The aim is to identify the positions of foreign citizens, particularly in the case of industries where labour shortages are anticipated.

The analysis of experts supplied by target and partner countries focuses on a more detailed examination of the international talent available. The aim is to identify key groups of experts and target countries with the greatest potential to meet the needs of industries with identified labour shortages. This phase allows for more precisely targeted recruitment efforts and for an efficient utilisation of international recruitment channels.
