The content of the tool has been developed in cooperation with the Enterprise Finland Telephone Service, regional business operators, the Finnish Enterprise Agency, regional enterprise agencies, the Finnish Association of Social Enterprises (ARVO), the Centre of Expertise for Social Enterprises, and business experts from the ELY Centres and public employment and economic development services.
