Create a plan in the name of the company you represent. Your company must have a business ID, and you must have the right to sign on behalf of the company.
Whether you're interested in entrepreneurship, a beginner, or an experienced entrepreneur, our service adapts to your needs. The tool explains entrepreneurial terminology and provides ready-made answer options, additional information, and examples. The questions are appropriately sized.
Using the tool requires either strong authentication or email login. Strong authentication can be done with bank credentials, a mobile certificate, or an electronic ID card. You can save your plan and return to it later. If you want to submit the plan, download it as a PDF file.
You can assess the profitability of your business with versatile financial calculations and create a plan that is also suitable as an attachment for a startup grant application. Only the sections you have completed will be transferred to your final plan.

The business plan tool of the Employment Market is owned by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment and implemented by the KEHA Center. The content of the tool has been developed in collaboration with the Enterprise Finland telephone service, regional business operators, Uusyrityskeskus, the Finnish Enterprise Agencies, the Finnish Association of Social Enterprises, the Centre of Expertise, as well as business experts from ELY Centers and public employment and business services.
The Enterprise Finland telephone service provides advice on starting a business, public services, and obligations. You can also get help with using the Employment Market tool and, if necessary, guidance to other expert services.
The Finnish Enterprise Agencies offer free advice on starting a business, light entrepreneurship, and developing a business idea. Business advisors also help with transitioning a part-time business to a full-time one and purchasing a business.
