Monitoring of multisectoral services

Job Market Finland publishes data on the activities of multisectoral services that promote employment.

The Act on the Multisectoral Promotion of Employment (381/2023), also known as the TYM Act in Finnish, entered into force on 1 January 2025. In accordance with the TYM Act, the KEHA Centre collects, produces, and publishes data on the following multisectoral services that promote employment:

  • The TYM cooperation model, i.e. the cooperation model for multisectoral support that promotes employment,
  • The One-Stop Guidance Center, a joint service for multisectoral support that promotes the employment of young people, and
  • Nuorten ja Ohjaamojen Onni, a coaching programme for the well-being and life management of young people, provided by the One-Stop Guidance Centers.

The data that is published varies by service.

Please note that the monitoring and research data on the TYM cooperation model and the Onni service will be published at Job Market Finland after 2025.
