Labour Force Barometer
The Labour Force Barometer provides regional and national forecasting and statistical information on labour demand and skills needs. The service offers information on workforce needs across different regions and sectors, as well as the skills that are needed now and in the near future.
The KEHA Centre maintains and develops the Labour Force Barometer and coordinates the related forecasting activities. The Economic Development Centres organise participatory workshops in their regions, where forecasting information is produced on a regional and sector-specific basis. Key stakeholders, such as educational institutions, employers, and labour market and business organisations, participate in the production of forecasting information.
