In Demola’s 8‑week FELP program, current and future innovation professionals from different fields work together to develop product and service concepts and demos based on real company needs.

The goal is further development with clear potential, new jobs, or possibly a new business founded around the work. Ownership of the development outcomes is arranged through IPR agreements that benefit all parties.

Best teams will have the opportunity to co-create the results together with leading companies.
