Job search training

In this training you will gain

• Up-to-date insights into the Finnish labour market and proven strategies for successful job search

• Support and inspiration for identifying your strengths and expressing your skills with confidence

• Practical tips for writing effective CVs and cover letters — including how to make the most of AI tools

• Personalised coaching from an experienced career professional, plus valuable peer support from fellow participants

• Hands-on guidance for navigating job search communication — including the chance to attend a job interview

If needed, we can provide you with a computer and internet access for the duration of the training.
You’ll also get access to user-friendly online learning platform Redi, which offers a wide range of self-study materials for every stage of the job search — available to you for six months.

When and where

We’ll meet five times over the course of two weeks (a total of 35 hours) on-site in Oulu (Kempeleentie 7B, 90400 OULU).

In addition, make sure you have time between training days to work on tasks that support your job search.

How to apply

You’re welcome to join the group if you’re registered as a jobseeker in the Oulu region employment area (including Hailuoto, Ii, Kempele, Liminka, Lumijoki, Muhos, Oulu, Pudasjärvi, Tyrnävä, Utajärvi, and Vaala).
