An employment project co-financed by the European Social Fund for all unemployed people and those at risk of unemployment, to help them find a job or start a course of study. The project will run from 1.4.2024 to 31.3.2026 and will be based on sectoral modules, which will provide small-group or individual work to familiarise people with jobs and vocabulary in the sector.

  • Native Finnish individuals outside the labor force

  • Foreign-background individuals outside the labor force

Theme of the project

Clients are guided with individual support towards studies or employment.

What you do when participating in the project’s activities?

You participate in a basic section where you enhance your own resources, social skills, work-life skills, digital readiness, and language skills if needed. Additionally, you complement your participation with a sector-specific section.
