MAKEA entrepreneurship skills for foreign language learners
Welcome to Entrepreneurship in Kainuu and Koillismaa! Do you want to start a business? Do you need help getting started? The project "Promoting Entrepreneurship Skills for Foreign-Language Speakers in Kainuu and Koillismaa" is a two-year initiative aimed at supporting and developing the entrepreneurial skills of foreign-language speakers. Our goal is to make entrepreneurship more accessible and to provide concrete support for everyone who wants to start their own business or develop an existing one.

Theme of the project
Promoting entrepreneurship skills for non native in Kainuu and Koillismaa. The purpose of the project is to support and develop the entrepreneurship skills, as well as to enhance their employment and business advisory services. Our goal is to make entrepreneurship more accessible and provide concrete support for everyone who wants to start their own business or develop an existing one.
What you do when participating in the project’s activities?
You will receive a wide range of information; including information on taxation, licensing processes and entrepreneurship in general. Get personalised advice on how to start and develop your business. Participate in events where you can meet other entrepreneurs and make contacts. You will also have the opportunity to receive sparring support from an experienced entrepreneurial mentor.
