More than half a year has passed since the release of the production version of Job Market Finland. More than 100,000 users have a job applicant profile at Job Market Finland, and more than 26,000 users have published their job applicant profiles for employers to see.
When you publish a job applicant profile, you improve your chances of getting a job, because employers who log into Job Market Finland can get employee recommendations from job seekers who have published their profiles. In addition to this, they can browse published job applicant profiles using various keywords.
Please remember that published job applicant profiles disappear from view after six months. So, if you want employers to still be able to find your profile in the suggestions of their job postings or in the browsing of job seekers, check the publication time of your profile and make sure that your profile is still visible to employers. If you have published your profile in early summer, it will expire in these days.
