Skills for the restaurant sector

The aim of the "Skills for the restaurant sector" project is to strengthen the skills and job opportunities of people working in the restaurant sector. In addition to basic skills, it will develop the ability to work in a variety of jobs in the sector. The participant will complete short modules from a training offer or parts of the qualification(s) according to a personal plan.

For whom?

  • for people changing sectors
  • employed persons who need training to gain additional employment
  • a person working in the tourism sector
  • companies with jobs in the sector
  • entrepreneurs with jobs in the sector
  • people in atypical employment
  • immigrants interested in the sector

Theme of the project

The project's training offer is specifically targeted at those who are currently inactive or already working in atypical jobs in the sector. Atypical employment includes temporary agency work, part-time work, light self-employment, freelance work, short or irregular fixed-term contracts and zero-hour contracts.

What you do when participating in the project’s activities?

You will receive additional or further training for the part of the qualification offered.
