TE services’ e-service update starts in March

One new feature concerns statements and requests for clarification related to unemployment security. When using these features in the e-service, users will be transferred to another system and new type of service form. This automatic transfer is based on identification data and is therefore secure.  After finishing the form, the user is automatically transferred back to the Oma asiointi e-service.

Digitalisation of TE services is progressing

The project to digitalise employment and economic development services is working to update the central government’s employment and economic development services and make them electronic. At the same time, the e-services currently offered through the Oma asiointi service will gradually be transferred to a system environment that is being built in Job Market Finland. The aim is that both the TE e-service and the customer relationship management system would be mostly updated by the end of 2023.
