KEHA Centre celebrates its 10th anniversary as one of the implementers of Job Market Finland
- News
The KEHA Centre was established in 2015 as part of the joint organisation formed by the Centres for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment (ELY Centres) and the TE Offices. Over the years, the KEHA Centre’s role has expanded, and today it also includes services visible to partners, stakeholders and customers. One such key service is Job Market Finland.

The aim in establishing the KEHA Centre was to improve the quality, accessibility and efficiency of the development and administrative services of the ELY Centres and TE Offices. This included, for example, harmonising services and creating uniform operating models.
The KEHA Centre developed Job Market Finland, owned by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment, as part of the TE-Digi project. The first limited pilot version of Job Market Finland was launched in 2016. With the release of the second pilot version in 2019, new functionalities and more extensive content were added. The production version was launched in 2022, when the content of the national te-palvelut.fi website was integrated into Job Market Finland. Step by step, the E-services of TE Services were also introduced on the platform. Development continues in cooperation with the new employment areas, taking into account feedback received from customers.
Today, Job Market Finland is a service platform for working life that provides e-services and information services for both personal customers and employer customers. The KEHA Centre has evolved into an expert agency that produces information, digital and official services, while supporting employment, integration, digitalisation and knowledge-based management.
