Service disturbance notices and instructions
The chat and online services of the national advisory services may be temporarily disrupted due to the unavailability of data connections.
If you have been unable to deal with your matter at E-services due to a disruption or congestion, please contact us again later. We consider the day you tried to call our advisory services or use the online services as your date of service use. Cases that have not been dealt with due to a disruption can be rectified afterwards.
Please note that, if the advisory services are closed, you can submit a contact request via E-services. Similarly, in the event of a problem with E-services, you can contact advisory services.
If you request a call-back, we will call you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, in case of disruption, we cannot guarantee to call you back on the same day.
Service disturbance notices
There is a service interruption in the E-services of TE Services on Saturday 2 March between 7 am and 12 pm. The E-services of both personal customers and employers will be unavailable. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
During the weekend, E-services of TE Services and logging into Job Market Finland will be unavailable. The services will open again on Monday morning. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Disturbances have been detected in some online services, which affect e.g. My E-services and the search for labour market trainings. The issue is being worked out with system vendors. We apologise for the inconvenience caused by the disturbance.

The aim is to keep the outage as short as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. During this time, the E-services of TE services operate normally.
Due to a data security threat, we have had to block some email messages that are used to spread malicious files without the sender's knowledge. The best way to deliver documents and ensure their arrival is to use secure mail: https://turvaviesti.te-toimisto.fi or https://turvaviesti.ely-keskus.fi.
The telephone services and chat services of TE Services are closed due to staff training from Wednesday 27 September 2023 to Friday 29 September 2023. TE Offices and local goverment pilots and the E-services are available normally.
The online services have been targeted by denial-of-service attacks, which cause interruptions and slow down the use of services. Measures to stop the attack are underway and services are being restored as quickly as possible. We apologise for the inconvenience caused by the situation.
