Opening hours for guidance services for personal customers are changing.
From 2 November 2026, the nationwide Job Market Finland's E-services advice and Unemployment security advice provided by the KEHA Centre will be available by phone from 9 a.m. to 12 noon. Chat services will also be available from 9 a.m. to 12 noon.
During the morning hours, you may be offered the option to request a callback. In this case, you will be called back as soon as possible.
