The project SILTA – Unionbridge of employment in Ostrobothnia is conducting a job seeker survey to gather experiences, views, and wishes regarding local employment services.
The aim of the survey is to understand how well current services meet the needs of jobseekers and what could be done differently. The results will be used to improve services so they better support employment in various life situations.
The ESR+-funded SILTA project is one of the region’s key initiatives supporting the development of employment-promoting services and piloting new models for job search and employment.
All job seekers in the Ostrobothnia region are welcome to participate in the survey. Responses will be processed anonymously and confidentially.
