Joint application to upper secondary education starts on February 18
In the spring joint application, you apply for education starting in autumn 2025.
In the joint application to upper secondary education you can apply to
- general upper secondary education,
- vocational upper secondary qualification,
- vocational education which is organized based on demanding special support,
- preparatory education for programmes leading to an upper secondary qualification (TUVA),
- preparatory education and training for work and independent living (TELMA) and
- folk high school programmes intended for students who are required to attend compulsory education.

Rolling admission
You can apply through rolling admission if you have previously completed upper secondary level qualifications or a higher education degree, or if you are already working and thinking about changing your working field. You can also apply through rolling admission to study places left unfilled in joint application, including general upper secondary education.
