Job Market Finland now contains content related to the partial working ability of job seekers as well as employers and entrepreneurs. Most of the content for job seekers has been compiled in the 'Career and employment' section. There you will find information on the effect of an injury or illness on your ability to work, as well as information on assessing your ability to work. In the 'Search for work' section you can find information on services to support your job search. Employers can find information on adapting work for employees with reduced working ability.
Content for professionals can now be found on the websites of the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health and the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare. The website of the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health contains an information package and online training for supporting the ability to work. The Easy Steps towards Working Life guide can be found on the website of the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare.
