Job Market Finland is an online service that brings together information, services, and tools related to working life for citizens, employers, companies, and public employment authorities.
Job Market Finland is a public service platform that
- improves labour market matching by increasing job seekers’ opportunities to find work that matches their skills and employers’ opportunities to find suitable skilled labour,
- compiles various employment services and information in one place, and
- provides digital official services for both private individuals and employers and businesses.
As a job seeker, you can contact employment officials under E-services and create a job applicant profile under My job path. Under E-services, you can find all official services related to job search, unemployment security, and employment services. Once you have created a job applicant profile under My job path, you will receive suggestions for open jobs that match your skills and interests. You can also browse all open jobs listed in the service as well as training courses and services included in employment services without logging in.
As an employer, you can create job postings, view the profiles of job seekers who best match your criteria, and send potential candidates messages under Business E-services. You can also use search terms to find potential candidates without publishing a job posting.
In addition to these services, all users can access information and services intended for people in different job market situations. Job Market Finland also publishes descriptions of different professions and professional fields as well as interviews with professionals from various sectors to help people find a potential career path. On the regional pages, you can find jobs, services, contact information, events, and current news in your region. The Employment and Statistics section contains evaluations, studies, statistics, and reports published by the KEHA Centre.
Job Market Finland also offers tools for entrepreneurs and those interested in starting a business. The business plan template available under My job path and Business E-services is a useful tool for both existing and new businesses. The entrepreneurship tools available at Job Market Finland also include several entrepreneurship tests for testing, for example, your suitability for starting a business and the completeness of your business idea. The entrepreneurship tests are available without logging in.

Job Market Finland has been and will continue to be developed in collaboration with citizens, businesses, employment officials, and other employment and entrepreneurship services. Future development will be prioritised in cooperation with stakeholders and on the basis of feedback received.
Job Market Finland is being developed by using cutting-edge technology. The Skills Suggester (Osaamissuosittelija) is Job Market Finland’s AI tool that helps the user select suitable keywords for their job seeker profile, for example. Job matching calculation is a tool that utilises artificial intelligence and aims to match job seekers with job postings that suit them the most.
Service background
Job Market Finland was created gradually as part of the project to digitalise employment and economic development services (TE-digi project) in 2017–2025. The first production version of Job Market Finland replaced the te-palvelut.fi online service in 2022, after which the service has expanded to cover official services and several voluntary job search and entrepreneurship tools.
The Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment oversaw the strategic direction of the TE-digi project. KEHA Centre was in charge of the project’s implementation and is now responsible for coordinating the technical development of Job Market Finland from 2026 onwards.
