Career Club events bring us together to discuss current career and working life topics in the Cultural Venue Nuijamies. You are warmly welcome to join us, whether you are a barefoot South Karelian or a newcomer in the region!

Career Club
Career Club events provide an opportunity to learn new things on different career related topics, such as:
- Cultural diversity in Finnish working life
- How to search for a job in Finland and South Karelia
- Changes in working life and new work-life skills
The main language of the events is English. Some easy Finnish will also be used. Events are free of charge and open to everyone.

Event organising
The events are part of the International House South Karelia pilot coordinated by the South Karelia Employment Area.
The Career Club events are implemented as part of the South Karelia Regional Action Plan, and they are co-funded by the Hyvät väestösuhteet project. This is to implement the Action Plan's objective of promoting diversity and non-discrimination in working life.
The events are organised in cooperation with the City of Lappeenranta, the ELY Centre of Southeast Finland and the Towards Working Life project.
