The air conditioning system at our Itäkeskus service point has malfunctioned, and we must limit the use of the premises. Therefore, walk-in guidance is suspended until further notice.
If you have a scheduled appointment at Itäkeskus, your advisor will meet you at the 4th floor entrance at the time of your appointment.
You can get walk-in services at our Kamppi service point, located at Malminkatu 34, 00100 Helsinki. Kamppi is open on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
