Changes to opening hours

June has begun, bringing changes to the Employment area's opening hours for chat services, customer phone services, and service point lobby services.

Starting 1 June, the phone service for individual customers is open on weekdays from 9:00 to 12:00, with the call‑back service available from 8:00 to 15:00. At the same time, the chat service will be available on weekdays from 13:00 to 15:00.

After Midsummer, there will be changes to the opening hours of our service points. Our lobby, chat, and phone services will be open until 14:00 on summer Fridays between 26 June and 14 August 2026. The Job Market Finland's e‑services are available 24/7.

Remember to stay reachable by the employment official even during the summer

Your job search is considered valid when you are working with the employment official in the agreed manner and at the agreed times. As a job seeker, you must also follow the instructions and deadlines provided in the E-services at Job Market Finland or other official channels.

Remember to keep your contact information up to date even in summer. You can notify officials on any changes through the E-services at Job Market Finland.
