The test version of the Competency Path is now available to everyone

Competency Path is a new digital service designed to support education and career planning, competence development, and employment, which will be published in early 2026. However, it is already possible to try out the test version of the Competency Path, and we are looking to receive feedback on the service from different users. The feedback will be used in the further development of the service.
Competency Path helps you to identify your competencies and interests and to find training and work options that are suitable for you. The service allows you to explore your opportunities in the labour market even if you are not looking for a new direction right now.
The service also provides support for those giving guidance and advice. Competency Path contains tools and materials for guidance and up-to-date information to support planning and decision-making, including on the topic of how the demand and supply of work, skills, and education meet.
Competency Path is part of the Digital service package for continuous learning, which is a joint project of the Ministry of Education and Culture, the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment, the Finnish National Agency for Education, and the KEHA Centre.
