Job Market Finland's e-services for personal customers will be updated in May
- News
The reform of electronic services will take a major leap forward in May.

The service suite developed in stages will soon be ready. For you, this means that you will no longer be redirected to the TE Services system, as you can handle all matters on Job Market Finland when dealing with the employment authority. Due to the update, there will be a service interruption in the e-services from Friday 23 May at 12 pm. until Monday 26 May 2025 at 8 am.
After the update, you can search for labour market training, coaching and other employment services that are publicly available on the Training and services page. Applications for labor market training are submitted through Job Market Finland with strong authentication using the electronic application for labour market training. If you are unable to use Suomi.fi authentication, you can submit a paper application.
All other e-services for personal customers, such as registering as a job seeker, can also be found in the E-services section of Job Market Finland. The service is easy to use and provides guidance as you proceed. The user instructions for the service are also available, and you can get additional help with the use of online services from the Job Market Finland's E-services advice for personal customers.
Would you hire help for your home?
You can publish a job posting on Job Market Finland and hire an employee as a household employer. This is a convenient service, for example, if you are looking for a babysitter, someone to help with renovations or a personal assistant. However, following the May update, registration will be required.
If you have already published an open job posting as a household employer, it is recommended that you register as a household employer after 26 May. This will make it easier to manage the posting. Job postings published by household employers will continue to be visible in the Vacancies section on Job Market Finland.
