Job Market Finland's e-services for personal customers will be updated in May

The reform of electronic services will take a major leap forward in May.

The service suite, which has been developed in stages, will soon be complete. For you, this means that you will no longer have to switch to the previous TE Services system when dealing with the employment authorities, as all matters will be handled here in the purple Job Market Finland site. The update requires a service interruption, and our online services will not be available between 23 May 12 p.m. and 26 May 2025 8 a.m.

Going forward, you will be able to search for employment training, coaching and other employment services that are publicly open for applications on our Training and services page. Going forward, applications for employment training through Job Market Finland with strong authentication using an electronic application for employment training. If you cannot use Suomi.fi authentication, you can submit a paper application.

Also all other services for personal customers, such as registering as a job seeker, can also be found on Job Market Finland by clicking the E-services button. Our online service is easy to use and guides you through the process. The user instructions of the service are also available to you, and you can get additional assistance from the e-services help service for personal customers, if necessary.

Would you hire help for your home?

You can create a job posting on Job Market Finland and hire an employee as a household employer. This is a convenient service, for example, if you are looking for a babysitter, renovation help or a personal assistant. However, it will require registration after the May update.

If you already have an active vacancy as a household employer, you should register as a household employer after 26 May 2025 to make it easier to manage the position. Job postings created by household employers will continue to be visible in Vacancies on Job Market Finland.
