Enterprise Finland telephone service is now Enterprise Finland Advisory Service
The national advisory service for entrepreneurs and those planning to set up a business provides assistance by telephone and online.

Advice for both new and experienced entrepreneurs
In the reform of TE Services at the turn of the year, the employer and entrepreneur services of TE Offices were transferred to municipalities. At the same time, the name of the national Enterprise Finland telephone service changed to Enterprise Finland Advisory Service. The KEHA Centre is currently responsible for the service.
The Enterprise Finland Advisory Service serves entrepreneurs in matters such as setting up a business, public business services and obligations, as well as assists in the use of various Suomi.fi services.
The Enterprise Finland Advisory Service also provides entrepreneurs and employers with assistance in using Job Market Finland and its e-services, such as submitting a job posting, drawing up a business plan, and applying for a pay subsidy, start-up grant, and their payments.
Opening hours have changed
The opening hours and contact details of the service have changed, as of 1 January 2025. The Enterprise Finland Advisory Service is available on weekdays from 9:00 to 15:00 via telephone, with a service request, and via the Job Market Finland chat.
