Training for make-up artists is provided by private training companies and vocational institutions. In vocational institutions in upper secondary education and training, you can complete a Vocational Qualification in Hair and Beauty Care. Once competence has accumulated, a Further Vocational Qualification in Presentation and Theatre Technology and a Specialist Vocational Qualification in Hair and Beauty Care can be completed. You can also complete qualifications through an apprenticeship.
