Employment Services provide job seekers with guidance and counseling to support employment, and assist companies with recruitment in the Central Ostrobothnia region: in the areas of Kokkola, Halsua, Kannus, Kaustinen, Lestijärvi, Perho, Toholampi, and Veteli.
