Job search training

In this free-of charge training you will gain:

• Up-to-date insights into the Finnish labour market and proven strategies for successful job searc
• Support and inspiration for identifying your strengths and expressing your skills with confidence
• Practical tips for writing effective CVs and cover letters including how to make the most of AI tools
• Personalised coaching from an experienced career professional, plus valuable peer support from fellow participants
• Hands-on guidance for navigating job search communication including the chance to attend a job interview.

The group meets online on weekdays from 9.11. to 20.11., for a total of 10 training days. Training sessions take place from 9:00 to 12:30.

In addition, make sure you have time after training days to work on tasks that support your job search.

You’ll also get access to Cimson's user-friendly online learning platform, Redi, which offers a wide range of self-study materials for every stage of the job search.

You’re welcome to join the group if you’re registered as a jobseeker in the Oulu region employment area (including Hailuoto, Ii, Kempele, Liminka, Lumijoki, Muhos, Oulu, Pudasjärvi, Tyrnävä, Utajärvi, and Vaala).
