Job Market Finland helps job seekers and employers find each other. We would now like to hear how well the jobs and job seekers suggested by the service meet our users’ needs.
The importance of a job applicant profile in the job search process increased when, as a general rule, publishing a profile became part of the job search process from the start of November. Employers can use the published profiles to search for suitable candidates, whilst job seekers can receive job recommendations from Job Market based on their skills and career aspirations.
During September and October, we will be actively gathering feedback on how relevant and useful users find these suggestions. Please let us know whether you found any suitable jobs or job seekers among the suggestions, and how you think the service could be improved.
We will use this feedback to further develop the service in 2027. Every piece of feedback will help us to further improve our suggestions so that they better meet the needs of job seekers and employers.
