Talent Boost Summit, intended for employers, decision-makers and stakeholders, will take place on 7 October. You can attend the event in person at Finlandia Hall in Helsinki or participate online.
Talent Boost Summit 2026 offers companies up-to-date insights into attracting, recruiting and retaining international talent. During the day, you will hear experiences from companies and experts, gain new ideas for developing international teams, and meet other employers and key partners.
The event will cover topics such as the future of the labour market, international mobility, the integration of international talent, international entrepreneurship and growth companies. The day will also provide excellent networking opportunities.

The event will be held in English and participation is free of charge.
