The Work and Family Kainuu project helps companies to profile themselves as family-friendly workplaces, thereby increasing the attractiveness and retention of the companies.

Theme of the project
The “Work and Family Kainuu” project helps participating companies in the region to profile themselves as family-friendly workplaces. The project is free of charge for participants.
Project participant
Maps out the current actions their company takes to support families with children. Considers if there is anything else that could be done. After profiling as a family-friendly workplace, receives a mark to use in their own channels or locations. This mark can be used when recruiting new employees or strengthening the connection with their own employees and the communities in which their employees operate. Strengthens the bond with their own workforce.
