Employer services are being reformed: take note of important dates
- News
In late May, Job Market Finland will be updated and the e-service for employers and entrepreneurs will be replaced with a new one. The use of the previous Enterprise and Employer E-Services offered by TE Services will be discontinued and the new Business e-Services will be introduced here on Job Market Finland.

When a door closes...
In early May, you can continue as before, but then we will start the reform work. Between 12 May and 25 May 2025, we would like to receive contact requests from employers and entrepreneurs directly to each employment area instead of the Enterprise and Employer E-Services. In addition, we recommend contacting the employment areas regarding non-public positions, work try-out positions and pay subsidy positions.
Our e-services are scheduled to be out of use during the update work between 23 and 25 May 2025, after which the business e-services will be fully transferred to Job Market Finland.
Submit your next job advertisement to Job Market Finland instead of using Enterprise and Employer E-Services, especially if the job application periods extends beyond 22 May 2025. It is already possible to submit a job posting directly to Job Market Finland with Suomi.fi authentication. The open online form of TE Services for registering jobs without logging in has already been removed from use.
Job postings created through recruitment applications created by software companies will continue to be transferred to Job Market Finland through integration. However, please note that jobs created between 23 May and 25 May 2025 will only be visible after the outage on Monday 26 May 2025 at 8 a.m.
... a new door opens
Starting from 26 May 2025, all e-services for entrepreneurs and employers will be handled here at Job Market Finland. You can contact the employment authorities in your area and report a vacancy, showcase position, pay subsidy position or work try-out position via Business E-services. You can also browse suitable candidates from the published job applicant profiles. In addition, it is possible to draw up a business plan on Job Market Finland.
To log in to Job Market Finland, you need Suomi.fi permissions. If you are unable to create suomi.fi permissions, the Enterprise Finland advisory service also offers support for entrepreneurs and employers in using Job Market Finland and its electronic services, such as permissions and submitting a job advertisement.
