E-Services for Businesses and Employers to Be Updated in May 2025

News

The e-services for businesses and employers will be updated on 12 May 2025, at which point the current Enterprise and Employer E-Services offered by TE Services will be discontinued. Going forward, businesses and employers will use Job Market Finland’s new Business E-Services. As part of this update, the use of E-Services contract identifiers will also come to and end. In the future, users will log in to the E-Services using Suomi.fi identification.

Job Postings Can Already Be Published on Job Market Finland

We recommend that you begin using Job Market Finland now to publish your job postings. The platform allows employers to view suggested job seekers whose profiles match the requirements and to contact them directly. Likewise, job seekers browsing Job Market Finland can discover job postings while searching for vacancies or viewing recommended jobs.

Once logged in, employers can also browse job seeker profiles, either directly via their own job postings or by searching based on professional titles or skills.

For detailed guidance on how to create a job posting, please visit the ‘Instuctions and support’ section at Job Market Finland.

Important Notes on the May Update

Please note that job posting data from the current E-Services will not be transferred to Job Market Finland. If you wish to retain any old job posting templates, be sure to save them before the update.

The online form currently used to submit job postings without identification will also be discontinued. Job Market Finland does not offer a similar service. In the future, if an employer cannot use Suomi.fi e-identification, an employment official can publish the job advertisement on their behalf. The service will remain free of charge.

After the May update, it will also be possible to post pay subsidy jobs, apply for a pay subsidy and publish work try-outs through the new Business E-Services.

We recommend preparing for the transition by ensuring that your organisation’s Suomi.fi eAuthorisations are in order.

Enterprise Finland Advisory Service supporting the reform

The Enterprise Finland Advisory Service also provides entrepreneurs and employers with assistance in using Job Market Finland and its e-services, such as submitting a job posting, drawing up a business plan, and applying for a pay subsidy, start-up grant, and their payments. Your local employment office specialists are also available to provide support.
