You can now share the job seeker profile created in the Reliable Employee service also to the Job Market Finland

The aim of the cooperation between Job Market Finland and the Reliable Employee service is to make it easier to find a job and reduce the need to enter the same information into several different services and systems.

– This is an excellent example of cooperation between public and private actors, in which the customer is at the centre. The cooperation defines the job seeker's service and employment paths and improves the customer experience, says Petri Tuomela from Vastuu Group Oy, which is responsible for the Reliable Employee service.

How does the Reliable Employee service work?

With the help of the service, you can find vacancies, employers, services promoting employment, and training providers in one place. The service suggests jobs that match your job seeker's profile from several portals and expert databases.

In the service, you can manage your data and consents between various registers, systems, and services. You can stop sharing your information at any time.

The Reliable Employee service is available in Finnish, Swedish, English, Estonian, Ukrainian and Russian.
