Phone service

We serve customers by phone from Monday to Friday. Our phone service opens at 9 am and closes at 3 pm. If you want to call us as a private customer, call the phone number 019 758 4010. If you want to call us as a business customer, call the phone number 019 758 4020. There is a charge for waiting time.

Please note that you cannot call the phone service on behalf of another person without that person being present on the call.

If you would like us to book an appointment for you for vocational guidance and career planning, please send an email to ammatinvalinta@ehtapalvelut.fi. In your message, please state which office you would like to visit or whether you would like to handle matters by phone or video call. You can visit our office in Riihimäki, Janakkala, Hausjärvi or Loppi.

Business and employer customers

If you want to send us an e-mail as an employer or business customer, send your message to the e-mail address yrityspalvelut@ehtapalvelut.fi.

If your company is starting change negotiations, send a negotiation proposal to the email address muutosturva@ehtapalvelut.fi.

If you represent one of our stakeholders, please send your message to the email address sidosryhmat@ehtapalvelut.fi. Stakeholders of the South Häme employment area include, for example, local educational institutions, business companies, the welfare area and other employment areas.
