You can submit a contact request if your job search is active and your phone number is saved in your customer information. After you have submitted a contact request, the employment authority will contact you by message or telephone.
How to submit a contact request
- Log in to the E-services section in Job Market Finland with your online banking ID or mobile certificate.
- Click “Submit a contact request” under the Shortcuts heading.
- Select a topic that matches your contact request. Enter a brief description of what you want to discuss.
- After you submit the contact request, you will receive a confirmation that your message has been saved.
- You can submit a contact request at any time. The E-service activity is open 24 hours a day.
